General Capital Group advises long-term oriented Value Investor that take a select number of focused positions as friendly minority shareholders in major German first-rate corporations. These funds are invested exclusively in corporations which exhibit growth potential and strong management.

The network of General Capital Group encompasses our founding partners and senior advisors. The partners and senior advisors provide advice to General Capital Group Beteiligungsberatung GmbH in regard to its investee companies, under the leadership of its managing director, Dieter Wendelstadt, former Chairman of AXA Colonia AG.
They are socially, politically and economically firmly rooted in Germany. All team members possess many years of distinguished experience as chief executive officers, chief financial officers, supervisory board members and entrepreneurs. To date, the team has successfully realized returns from more than 100 transactions in Germany.
